The spread of the coronavirus has created a complete disruption of service in our country and the rest of the world. Many of our members have expressed concern about the future of their businesses and their customers. As your industry association, please know the NPA is here to help you get through these difficult times.

The health and safety of our members is our top priority. I want to assure you that we are constantly monitoring information about COVID-19 and what the government is doing about it. We have already sent out several notifications to members and when information becomes available on where businesses can go for assistance, we will let you know. This information will also be posted on the NPA website. We have created a new Covid-19 / Coronavirus Alerts & NPA Updates page to help you find NPA statements, GRC alerts and NPA information quickly.

Many NPA members have shared ideas on the NPA Member Forum on ways to deal with changes in their business operations. If you are not on the Member Forum, I suggest you sign up now as the information being shared is invaluable. To participate, complete the Rules of Discussion agreement and we will get you set up.

The NPA staff is following the CDC’s advice and are all working from home as much as possible. However, rest assured that all calls and emails are still being answered. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have a question.

As the coronavirus situation evolves, we will continue to monitor developments and keep you informed. From all of us NPA, we thank you for your support. Please stay healthy and safe.
